INITIAL MEETING
The process begins by getting to know each other over one or several meetings. We walk through an in-depth project assessment, understanding your ideas, vision, needs, and budget. We go in-depth to explain our work process, establish expectations and finally present you with an estimate.
PROPERTY ACQUISITION
With an inventory on hand and experience in land acquisition, we can cater to a wide scale of your needs and connect you with a proven realtor if needed.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN
We provide comprehensive design services to ensure your dream home truly reflects who you are. After careful assessment of your needs, a conceptual drawing can be followed by plan alternations if needed. The designer selected for your home is one with the strengths and experience in the areas particular to your needs.
APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION BUDGET
With design specifications in place, the quote for your approval will be provided. Once approved, the cost can only be altered from additional requests authorized by you.
CONSTRUCTION – PHASE 1
Phase 1 is fully managed by us and involves elements such as site preparation, foundation, framing and structure, rough-ins, insulation, and drywall.
CONSTRUCTION – PHASE 2
Phase 2 is where the final beauty and functionality come together. These include finishing, millwork, fixtures, flooring, etc.
POSSESSION
Throughout the construction phase, constant, open communication helps keep the client informed of the progress and important updates. The process is complete with the final possession by the client of the finished project.
